Conference MOMS' ACTION May 24, 2025

On May 24, 2025, MOMS’ Action brought together inspiring women around the theme of “Creativity for Mental Wellbeing”, in a day rich in exchanges, interactive workshops and human connections. This unique event proved that creativity is a powerful force for healing, self-expression and personal transformation. The premises of Centennial College in Scarborough were alive with energy, color and inspiration for the second annual second edition of MOMS’ Action – a day of empowerment, creativity and connection. With the theme “Creativity for mental well-being”the event once again demonstrated that when women come together with a common purpose and heart, transformation is the result.
